Statement

Curated by faculty members from Ohio State Mansfield’s Departments of Mathematics and Art, In the Realm of Forms was an exhibition of works by mathematicians who use visual art to express their findings and visual artists who are inspired by mathematics. The participating artists were Sarah-Marie Belcastro, Leslie Berns, Lynn Bodner, Robert Bosch, Conan Chadbourne, Tiberiu Chelcea, Frank Farris, Robert Fathauer, Gwen Fisher, Margaret Kepner, James Mai, Paul Nylander, Brittany Ransom, David Reimann, Hector Rodriguez, Saul Schleimer, Henry Segerman, Mark Stock, Daina Taimina, and Guang Zhu. The opening reception included a Curator’s Talk by Gary Kennedy, Professor of Mathematics.

Reimann had three pieces in the exhibition.
